- I am a mother of four daughters and one son. I grew up in the small town of Marathon in Upstate New York and have resided in Israel since the age of 21. I have been practicing Iyengar Yoga for 11 years under the guidance of senior teacher Eyal Shifroni. I currently have my Intermediate Junior I Iyengar Yoga Teachers certificate and I teach in Eyal's studio as well as privately. I also love to paint and to travel the world.
